Thank you and much respect to SavvyDad and all the other responders regarding one stop motors (OSM). I listed my car on Autotrader earlier this month and received a call from OSM today with prompts very similar to ones reported by SAVVY DAD and other responders. The salesman said right up front that OSM was one of the few companies that Autotrader recommended to buyers and sellers. I recalled from reading the Safety and Fraud Advice on the Autotrader web site that they DO NOT recommend nor promote other companies to buyers and sellers to assist in buying, selling, shipping, financing, etc. They are strictly a listing site. So I asked the salesman for his name and phone and their web site and said I would review it and call him back if I was interested in their services. I then pulled up and reviewed their web site and then did an internet search for complaints and other pertinent information regarding OSM.
As you might guess at this point I will not be doing business with one stop motors.

Would love to join a Class Action Lawsuit against ONESTOPMOTORS. This company did NOT deliver their promise. I was one of the dumb ones who fell for their BS. Now I've got to go to battle... I'll get my $500 of satisfaction one way or another. What's it worth to you OSM's? This company is NOT honorable. Game-on OSM; $500 is not the issue, it's a princple issue. Business ethics...is what's in question. Let me know when I can join the bandwagon. I don't have the time nor the money to start the action but I will give a 100% in all areas I can assist in. Do NOT buy this service, it is a scam! Buyer beware.

Sad that this firm is still in business and allowed to rip people off. It is an obvious fact that all the positive comments about them come from them. Someone with interest would go from forum to forum to badmouth them. Not someone with a good experience to praise them. People simply do not act like this. Seriously who goes around defending good companies? Nobody.

Ahh im so angry right now at this company! Luckily, I'm not stupid and realized it was a scam as soon as they asked for my credit card info over the phone. But, they are very good sales people haha, I was getting so excited thinking i could get an extra $2000 for my car. Well after them saying they have a 94% sale rate on eBay, and me looking for their user name and having a few reviews I knew it was BS. Plus just type in one stop motors in google and see all the awful reviews!! Its 100% a scam dont mess with them! However, having this knowledge it is fun to mess with them on the phone and trap them in a wall where they eventually just hang up!!!
Just my 2 cents....
I just got a call from one stop motors and I can't help but think about these wise words - "If it sounds to good to be true, it's probably not!" I have no intention of dealing with them. Unless of course, the CEO calls me in the next two hours and tells me he will give me the eniter $499 package for free. :)

I too have been scammed by One Stop Motors. They did nothing to get my car sold but take my money. When the 180 days were up I had to request the paperwork to get my refund which I received the form by email 5 days later meanwhile I have 18 days to get it filed for my refund. I fill out all the paperwork and mail it the next day. Then I get a letter saying I was denied because I didn't click on the Advertising Confirmation Document and sign. They advertised my vehicle for 180 without the confirmation and they said I could not go in and do it now because I was only allowed to fill out my refund form once so I am denied.
I will not give up. I will continue to spread the word as us consumers do not need to be ripped out. I will write Obama every day until this company is investagated for fraud.
